Day26
So today, was my 4 mile day, only I never made it to work out today. I hope it's ok to switch up my days a little. I woke up this morning with terrible (girl trouble). I know several of my friends who say that a little exercise makes it better, but I can testify for myself that it makes it much worse for me. So, I changed my rest day to today.

Hey, we're even on the same "cycle"!! I was hoping to start experiencing that lack of a cycle that some women runners talk about. So far, no luck. :( Hope you're feeling better.
